Tales of the Demon Dessere

A bit unlucky student and a student at a higher magic school. She left a quiet village for a big city—for glory and honor—wanting to prove to her relatives that she isn’t cut from the same cloth as the quiet villagers. Everything was just like always. Well… almost everything.

One day, after giving in to the persuasion of a drunk man from the street, she bought a magical thing from him. She turned her ears on, believed the beautiful words, and spent a lot of money. Then at home, taking a closer look, she realized the money was thrown away— the item isn’t worth even five pennies. But who could have known that the shabby tin thing on a string is worth much more than she paid? And that it doesn’t belong to just anybody—but to… not quite a human?

And that because of this thing, she’s going to have way too many troubles?

She’ll have to urgently find people who know what they’re doing… how to deal with demons.
