I decided to try my hand in the currently popular sci-fi subgenre about “people who get transported.” I was impressed by the works of some authors of the alternate-history genre. What interests me most is the late period of the USSR. My work could be classified as “fanfiction,” but I wanted to try to do without significant “plot conveniences,” using only my own memory, skills and abilities from the future, physical capabilities, and the information I had in real life. I want to see what will come of it. Book 1 is finished. Earlier, the work was titled “I in My Own Head.”
