On the eve of winter, the norns—children of the Garden—leave the lands of the mortal Northerners. In confusion they retreat to the ancient fortress Nakkige, which they will defend in the name of the queen under the leadership of General Suño’ku. Hikeda’ya have lived here for almost three thousand years, but the mountain—the sacred Peak of Storms—still hides countless secrets known only to the Order of the Song.

At the battle’s edge of the world, in the most unpleasant of foreign lands, people, cadavers, shadows, and the White Foxes will clash. Madness and death will be the reward for the invaders.
