The book “The Russian Management Model,” of which the audio version is presented by ARDIS studio, enters the realm of domestic management mythology. What is the Russian management model? How can you use its features in practice? Which traits of our national management approach are a myth, and which are reality? In what cases and why do our managerial shortcomings turn into advantages? Is our management model good or bad? What are its prospects?
Familiar problems are examined from an unfamiliar angle. As a result, a motley mosaic of phenomena spanning many centuries of Russian history forms a coherent system of views (one could even say— a theory) that makes it possible to answer the “eternal” questions posed above. The author identifies specifically “Russian” types of management structures and procedures, describes special management technologies mastered by our compatriots in the past and present.
Written in accessible language, the book is intended for a wide range of listeners.
