"What if the charming story about a mermaid is actually a lie?" A girl with a fish tail isn’t the embodiment of beauty—she’s more of a symbol of death, carrying away human lives. There are hunters in the world who are ready to fight her and destroy creatures like her.

After the exams are over, a group of friends goes to a village where a cabin by the river awaits them—rented from a leisure base with the enticing name "Forest Tale." But on arrival doubts creep in. The locals look at them with distrust and silent disapproval, and the leisure base seems like a trap: on one side it’s bordered by a river that can be crossed only by boat, and on the other there’s an impassable fence.

Soon they realize their trip has turned into a nightmare—and that they’ve become captives of an ancient magical creature that doesn’t want to let them go.
