Deep in the state of Maine, on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean’s bay, a big but secluded provincial town of Roar lives a provincial life. For three decades, a serial killer known as the Hospital Shooter has been operating there. Having obtained worthy opponents, the Shooter will fire his most masterful shot—only the question is who exactly his time-delayed bullet will hit.
