Author of many novels, including “Black Butterfly” (1956), “Ice Wall” (1957), “Blue Wolf” (1960), and “Fossil” (1966), as well as novellas and short stories. In 1960 the “Shinseisha” publishing house released a collected works edition of Yasuji Inoue in 26 volumes.
