Early 1970s. In one regional center, under the guise of an agricultural base, a military storage facility is being built to store biological weapons. The work is carried out secretly because, officially, such weapons are banned by an international agreement. However, Western special services manage to learn the object’s true purpose. They prepare a sabotage operation to expose the “Soviets’” scheme. Standing against the Americans is a special forces group of the KGB “Don” under the command of Major Semenov.
