From her mother as inheritance, Framboise received an album of cooking recipes—not much, considering that her brother Cassis got a farm, and her older sister Ren-Claude inherited a wine cellar with everything in it. The catch, though, is that on the fields of the album, next to recipes for different dishes and herbal remedies, her mother wrote her thoughts and confessions about certain events from her life— in other words, she kept a kind of diary. And in this diary Framboise tries to find answers to the dark mysteries of the past.
