Description
Yorkshire, 1845. Rumors of a brutal murder shook the Yorkshire moors. A young Elizabeth—just become the second wife of Robert Chester—has been killed, but her body is gone; only a huge pool of blood remains. They decide to learn a fashionable new profession—detective work, which even not all men are capable of.

Inventively investigating the mysterious disappearance, at every step the Brontë sisters run into the rules of society, where it’s considered that a woman belongs only in the kitchen and in her husband’s bed.

…When a woman is murdered, no one comes to the rescue of the unfortunate—just another life goes out like a candle in the wind, and that’s considered normal. The late Elizabeth needs a voice, and the Brontë sisters will become it…
