Phantoms

The narrator is visited by the ghost of a lady, who calls him to meet at an old oak tree at the edge of the forest. He is concerned and doesn’t show up at the appointed place for several days in a row, but the ghost doesn’t leave the main character alone. Then he goes into the forest, where he meets a lady named Ellis, who confesses her love to him.
