Being a princess is hard. Especially when they want to marry you off, and you only want to study. Or when your gift is healing, and you’re terribly interested in necromancy. There’s only one thing left: run. Your beloved pet, a loyal horse, and the nephew of the court necromancer—who suddenly offered to help—make for a perfectly good retinue for a princess on the run. But did I jump the gun with my last traveling companion? He’s so bold, so persistent, and… unbearably charming demon. And yes, I don’t know anything about him at all.
