The fairy tale “The Adventures of the Tin Soldier,” written by two Italian writers—Marcello Argilli and Gabriella Parca—is full of the most unexpected adventures. It is the story of a little iron boy, kind and responsive (made that way by an old lonely scientist, Pilukka).
The mechanical boy resists in every way the evil plans of greedy rich people who want to use his wonderful power for harm to ordinary people and to earn big money from it.
The tin boy stays faithful to the help of his small friends: a homeless girl Perlina (in Italian her name means: a little pearl), three defenseless lilliputians—Nano, Nane, Nani—and others.
