Description
The peaceful existence of the distant star colony of Avalon is disrupted by a threatening incident: unknown ships invade its space and rapidly close in on the main planet. In the capital, panic erupts. The military fleet attempts to organize defense, but fails. Marauders are operating in the city; on the orbit, battles between space fleets are raging; and a fraudster, Leivan Hevan, posing as an agent of the federal police, tries to find his loyal partner in the doomed capital so he can leave the planet faster.
