“Catch Health in the Network” is a book by the youngest RAS academician, Andrey Lisitsa, and journalist Elena Savchuk. It tells about the increasingly popular term “health saving,” a way of thinking that assumes we should take responsibility for our health ourselves—not leave it to the state, medicine, and doctors. A person is their own manager of health—taking care of it and managing it, including with health-saving technologies available in every smartphone.
