1944. In newly liberated Odessa from the fascists, large-scale terrorist attacks are carried out one after another: unknown perpetrators blow up an electric power station, kill the head of the secret section of the district headquarters, and execute officers of counterintelligence… The bandits act according to a well-thought-out plan and clearly have an informant among the operatives.
