“Dress code?” I ask, confused.
I didn’t notice that in this firm anyone cares about clothing. Here it’s all fashion models—clearly the law doesn’t apply to them!
“Well, I think that won’t be a problem for you,” the boss smirks, lingering his gaze on my figure.
He thinks that a “pudgy” girl like me can’t look seductive? Ha! I know today I look like a gray mouse only because of an absurd chain of circumstances.
But I’ll keep quiet and not draw attention—because if the boss finds out my little secret, I’ll lose my job.
