The Playground

For more than half a year now, there has been unending rain. The origin of this phenomenon is unknown, and its effects are unpredictable. All this time people have been forced to walk the streets in protective gear that lets through not a single drop of dangerous liquid. A scientist-biologist is trying to figure out what it is about the precipitation that affects people, but only after his friend is exposed to the rain does he begin to suspect that the secret behind the downpour is far more dangerous than he thought.
