The short-story collections have already become a tradition in the club, and it would be unforgivable to let this tradition fade.
We told fairy tales, talked about love— and now it’s time for gastronomy. Time to put out the cutlery, tuck the starched napkins behind your collar, and get to THE MAIN THING. To your attention is always relevant and beloved by everyone theme—food and everything related to it.
It would seem that food is nothing complicated. However, can the appetizing process we’re considering be reduced to utilitarian, idea-less stuffing of the belly?! By no means! Even in the hungry postwar times, when herring with onions and vinaigrette held the status of festive dishes, “The Book of Tasty and Healthy Food,” with its exotic ingredients, deservedly enjoyed nationwide recognition. And that means— not only bread…
But what else besides bread? Oh-oh-oh! Lots of things. And all that “many-much” hasn’t sunk into the past, but has been preserved and carefully described by poets and prose writers.
