Description

A mysterious hacker has hacked the control systems of eight self-driving vehicles that, until recently, have been the norm for all residents of the UK. Now he is threatening their passengers with death. Among his hostages are a fading TV star; an illegal immigrant; a young pregnant woman; a husband and wife traveling separately; a veteran of a military conflict; a man who wants to end his own life; and a wife fleeing her tyrant husband. Built-in cameras broadcast their panic to millions of viewers around the world.

And now those millions must take someone’s side. Because the hacker has already opened the voting: “Which of them will survive in the end? And who will die first?”
