Description
A story about love, maternal feelings, family ties, and past trauma.

Viola and Paolo’s relationship goes through a crisis. He is consumed by work, while she lives in her inner world and with growing sadness realizes that motherhood does not bring her complete fulfillment.

A turning point comes on the day Viola takes a walk in the park with her little son, Elia.

Afraid of losing parental rights, the couple decides not to contact the police because the boy has gone missing, preferring to search on their own.

Viola and Paolo barely communicate, losing mutual understanding. He is constantly busy, while she is lost in her thoughts, unable to find the joy she expected in the role of a mother.

That day, Viola—just as always—was walking with Elia in the park, planning to hand him over to her husband so she could do yoga. She saw Paolo arrive at the park and left. But he was urgently called to work due to an incident, and he didn’t notice Viola’s departure.

Little Elia, who was not yet two years old, was left unattended. Soon the parents realized the child had vanished, but fearing the consequences, they didn’t go to the police and instead started searching themselves.
