Description
On the eve of New Year, many of us believe that fate will send them a “letter of happiness”—that’s what this holiday is for. Olga, an employee of a St. Petersburg museum of childhood, doesn’t believe in “letters of happiness” or New Year miracles anymore. Still, shortly before New Year, something strange happens in her life: she suddenly receives a peculiar “inheritance” from an acquaintance from her distant past—a stack of old Soviet postcards. According to the request of the deceased acquaintance, Olga must sign them with kind wishes and give them to unfamiliar people.
“They say: whatever you wish on New Year—everything will always come true, everything always happens.” Soon, the postcards Olga signs will fly like birds over snow-covered cities across time and distance, changing not only many people’s lives, but also her own fate.
