From Ruin to Prosperity

This book by the Russian general and the foremost analyst of the Tsar’s secret services, Alexander Dmitrievich Nechvolodov, “From Ruin to Prosperity,” lay in special custody for more than 90 years and is still unknown to the general public. This work contains deliberately concealed information about the financial and economic causes of the collapse of the Russian Empire, and therefore its content remains relevant even for modern Russia. The proposed work is based on a number of widely known figures. Taken together, these numbers shed bright light on the main cause of our present-day troubles.
