In 1910, in Munich, in German, Kandinsky wrote the book "Concerning the Spiritual in Art," which didn’t find a publisher right away due to its unusual nature. But after the book was released and published in three consecutive editions, it began to be discussed like a new Gospel in the life of art. Russian artists learned about this book at their congress in 1911, and its ideas significantly influenced leading Russian artists, including K. Malevich.
