Stories and parables by Hieromonk Roman (Kropotov), resident of the Holy Pafnutyev Borovsky Monastery. The author reads.
Father Roman writes about his stories:
“Some words about the stories:
The stories are a series of works of different genres (stories, parables, reflections) on current topics: family, asceticism, eschatology, piety, etc. With a few exceptions, the works are written in a православ context and almost all are intended for a православ audience.
The author’s goal was to reveal various realities of modern life, its joyful and sorrowful sides. Not all of the works address global questions like ‘Who is to blame and what should we do?’ but all provide an opportunity to think and evaluate the situation from the outside.”
