The New Kid. Where He Disappeared and Who Is to Blame

The outskirts of a small provincial town, Yurovsk. May, a forest, a clearing—the 10th “B” class marks the 16th birthday of their classmate Sonya, the daughter of the head of the city’s internal affairs department. At the picnic, an uninvited guest shows up: Max, a newcomer, a “rich boy,” who moved from Moscow and hasn’t been accepted by the class. Since September 1, the new kid and his classmates have been in conflict—Max lives under the atmosphere of everyone’s relentless bullying, and the picnic becomes the outcome of that. Each of the main characters contributes to the fact that Max leaves the clearing in an unknown direction… Who is behind the disappearance of the teenager?
