Description
When she was a child, Victoria had a magical bicycle that could transport her to places she wanted to go. It turns out that other people also have “magical” objects. Maggie Lee, the owner of an oracle made of Scrabble tiles, tells her about the Phantom on a black Rolls-Royce with the plate NOS4A2—Nosferatu, who has been kidnapping children for a hundred years. Vika tries to find the Phantom, but loses the bicycle. Growing up, she thinks it was only a childish invention. But the nightmare from her past returns: the Phantom kidnaps her son, and Vika has to go after him into the imaginary world of the psychopath—the Land of Birthdays.
