The Night Rider

The audio collection you’re offered includes works by authors whose close relatives made a significant contribution to the development of Russian (national) culture. These include the brothers Anton Chekhov, the son of Lev Tolstoy, the brother of the director—one of the founders of the Moscow Art Theatre—Vladimir Nemirovich-Danchenko. The collection also includes a story written by the son of the poet K.R.—Prince Oleg, the only representative of the imperial family who died at the front during the First World War. Also featured are stories by the sister of the great actress Vera Komissarzhevskaya and the sister of the poet-futurist Velimir Khlebnikov, the daughter of the well-known writer Vera Zhelikhovskaya, and the son of the writer Alexander Amfiteatrov.
