In this book, Osho discusses our—sometimes fanatical—desire for nirvana—enlightenment. Many want to reach it, but do we always do everything correctly on the path to higher understanding?
Osho teaches us to simply be—to not turn enlightenment into a great goal that we must inevitably achieve. He advises attaining nirvana in small things—transform the most ordinary activity into a sacred act, into a prayer. “And then your body becomes a temple, your body becomes a dwelling place of divinity. Then everything you touch, everything you look at, becomes extraordinarily beautiful, sacred. In such a case, nirvana is freedom,” Osho says.
The series of talks «Nirvana—the Last Nightmare» was held by the Master from February 11 to February 20, 1976.
