A group of the coolest “infiltrators” from the 20th century is transported to 1826—to Russia, right after the Decembrist uprising. They are tasked with, in the shortest possible time, creating on the planet Earth a single federative state. Based on the Russian Empire, of course. The leader’s consciousness of the world proletariat, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, is “transplanted” into the brain of the Emperor of the Russian Empire, Nicholas I. The “infiltrators” begin dramatically changing Russia’s history: they alter the state structure and ideology of the Russian Empire, stimulate scientific and technological progress in Russia, and slow it down in other countries. They seize the Amur region from China and gold-bearing deposits in California from Mexico. They smash the Ottoman Empire, then take on the nations that came to the Ottomans’ aid—England, France, and Persia. Vassal countries to Russia are created on the territories of these states.
