Description
On Fifth Avenue in New York stands a small building that looks no different from others. Its residents can’t take a single step without their elevator operator, Dipak, who operates the building’s mechanical lift—a curious old mechanism. The residents’ carefree life ends on the day Dipak’s colleague, the night elevator operator, falls down the stairs. Sanjay, Dipak’s nephew, unexpectedly arrives in New York from Mumbai and saves the situation by taking the injured man’s place. No one has the slightest idea who he really is… And Chloe, living on the top, ninth floor, doesn’t guess it either.
