Not My Reflection

I’m like a squirrel in a wheel: I spin and bustle trying to earn for the courses I’ve dreamed of since childhood. And then fate gives me a chance in the form of an overconfident cynic.

The man who couldn’t care less about me as a person ruined my life with just a stroke of a pen—“I take full responsibility.” But I stood my ground, and now I will make him regret what he did.
