The hero of the novel Marty McFly — a college student — is pure science fiction: he travels through time. Moving from the 1980s to the 1950s, he meets his parents again. The young, beautiful mother of the hero falls in love with a stranger from the future — her own son. Marty understands: if the marriage of his future parents is disrupted, he will never be born.
The plot develops fast — the heroes rush from past to future and back, and the time counter on their miracle machine practically dazzles with how quickly the dates flash: 1985, 2015, again 1985… In search of the crazy inventor, Marty McFly ends up in 1885 in the Wild West in order to change the course of history and save his friend from a treacherous shot in the back.
