On Christmas Eve, Martina and Jacques Le Hennec’s house is filled with incredible bustle and commotion. Of course—on Christmas, their sons are coming to visit. This tradition is as unshakable as the Christmas roast venison, which Jacques is always responsible for roasting, so in those pre-holiday days he becomes even more irritable. Martina has her own reasons to worry too. All three sons—Mathieu, Alexandre, and Nicolas—will come with their wives. And it all complicates things even more: Laure, with whom Alexandre has been living for three years, managed to seriously ruin the past joint Christmas; Stéphanie, Mathieu’s wife, is pregnant again; and Jeanne, Nicolas’s girlfriend, is someone no one has ever seen before. So Christmas promises to be fun and completely unpredictable.
