Our Decameron, or the Confession of a Son of Our Age

A talented writer, full of promise, commits suicide. At the memorial gathering in Serebryany Bor, many friends come together: poets, prose writers, directors, and artists. In memory of the prematurely deceased, each of the friends tells a real story of love that took place in his or her life. Thus a modern “Decameron” is created in honor of D.—filled with a sequence of funny and sad, sometimes absurd, and extremely tragic events that allow us to see and understand what the true values and joys of life really are.
