Sergey Vasiliev was the first investor and chairman of the board of directors of the company “Rambler” in 1999–2001, and he also worked in investments and served as chairman of the board of directors of the investment group “Russian Funds.” However, before that he had a typical Soviet childhood, studied, worked as an engineer, and searched for his path in cooperation and the banking business. The book he wrote contains biographical stories, personal letters, and photos from the author’s life at the turn of the 1980s–1990s, and describes historical events of that time through the author’s personal perspective.
