Marina Skryabina is a poet and writer, a member of the Union of Writers of Russia. She has been awarded the V. V. Mayakovsky Order, medals named after A. S. Griboedov and “Star Stanza,” a diploma for “Golden Pen of Rus,” and is a laureate of the contest “Best Book 2011–2013,” as well as a diploma holder of the contest “Best Book 2008–2010.” She is the author of a book of poems for women, “My Fall Upward,” a collection of poems “Road Notes of Fate,” and a book of selected poems, “I Will Be Remembered by You.”
Most of her life she lived in the Moscow region, and for the last 15 years—in Moscow. She travels extensively around Russia and Europe. She has held various creative evenings, including in Italy. Her work has been published in the magazine “Poetry”; in an attachment to “Poetry”—“The Anthology of One Poem”; and in almanacs “All-National Poetry,” “Academy of Poetry,” and “Poets of Moscow and Russia.”
