Three years ago, when Katya was in her first year, she was lucky enough to meet The One—the handsome athlete Denis Komissarov. However, “lucky” isn’t quite the right word. Yes, it was love at first sight and for a lifetime—which is wonderful, of course—but the modest student, overwhelmed and stunned by the rush of feelings, couldn’t somehow get close to the object of her adoration. Denis, glowing and always surrounded by friends, always laughing, was as distant from her as the Sun from the Earth, and he could hardly remember the name of this girl from a parallel group…

But then the heroine got a chance to get closer to her idol. It was a cold, rainy October evening when Katya was returning home from a walk and suddenly ran into Denis by her building’s entrance. Even now she would never dare speak to him—except the guy was clearly not in his best shape: shivering and, for some reason, completely naked.

After taking the unfortunate man in and warming him up, the heroine seems ready to go all the way—if it weren’t for one “but”: not long ago, as a result of an electric shock, she acquired the ability to briefly move into another person’s consciousness, see everything through their eyes, and read their thoughts. And with Denis, this “gift” turned out to be… a curse.
