Mymryonok and the Wonder in Feathers

A delightful audio play based on the famous fairy tale that is staged in theaters all over the country! A capricious little Mymrёнok, offended by his parents, runs away into the forest and finds himself in a real fairy tale, where he meets a mysterious Wonder in Feathers.

In one forest lives a family of homebody myms: father, mother, and their capricious and willful son Mymrёнok. One day he got so offended by his parents that he went into the wilds of the forest and got lost. But a fairy tale wouldn’t be a fairy tale if the Mymrёнok weren’t helped by the Wonder in Feathers—who taught him good manners and simple rules of behavior. And at the same time it taught his parents how to behave so that no one in the family would quarrel and everyone lived happily!

For the fairy tale “Mymrёнok and the Wonder in Feathers” by director and playwright Valetin Afonin, performances have been staged in the theaters of the country for many years.

The illustrations for the fairy tale were drawn by the production designer of cartoons and puppet performances, Irina Kostrina.
