The Brain-Eaters

Two friends, Frank and Howard, are staying on a farm. Howard, a writer of supernatural stories, is irritated—he can’t get his new story down in words, a story about an entirely new, unimaginable form of horror. Getting carried away, he tries to convey the essence of his experiences to Frank, but his reflections are interrupted by a sharp knock at the door.
