Former con artists—now successful private detectives—Lola, a beautiful and clever woman, and her faithful friend, the crafty Lenya, nicknamed the Marquis, are back in action.
Another client seems clearly not all there.
She claims that she’s being pursued by her own double—someone who speaks to her in a voice from beyond the grave and is trying to kill her. Lenya is shocked: here you clearly need a psychiatrist, not a detective.
