Boris Efimovich Efimov (born 1900) is a Russian graphic artist, People’s Artist of the USSR (1967), a full member of the Academy of Arts (1975), and a Hero of Socialist Labor (1990). He is the brother of M. E. Koltsov. Topical political— including anti-fascist—caricatures. Since 1922 in newspapers “Pravda” and “Izvestia,” and in the magazine “Krokodil.” State Prizes of the USSR (1950, 1951, 1972).
