Soldier.
Kair, the beginning of the twentieth century. A group of archaeologists discovers a mysterious temple hidden by time and nature deep underground. A sensation is coming: artifacts raised from beneath the earth—one more valuable than the next—yet not everything is as simple as it seems. Some secret organization—mysterious and dangerous—is trying to resist the archaeologists.

New York, 1937.
A group of journalists from a local immigrant newspaper, including Andrei Alekseyevich Oblonsky, conducts an investigation. The Zeppelin catastrophe “Hindenburg,” which took the lives of three dozen people, became news of the year—but not everything is as it appears at first glance.
Oblonsky pursues his own investigation, wanting to get the front page. Will he succeed? Is the official explanation for the disaster that the authorities put forward really true? Without even knowing it, Andrei Alekseyevich is drawn into a dangerous game—one that puts life at risk.

During a May demonstration in Leningrad, Professor Chuzhin—head of the lymph-energy research laboratory—is murdered. Purges begin. Suspicion falls on the owner of the company—Vatslav Severyanin, the Soviet engineer who fled the USSR. To clear his name, Severyanin begins investigating the murder and discovers that he is being hunted by the special services of two superpowers.

An attempt is made on the life of one of the pillars of English society, Lord Chesterfield. The cause is the principle with which the lord runs his affairs, and the estate in Chesham that came to him as payment for a gambling debt. The case is taken up by Inspector Tobins and his assistant, Constable O’Brian—but it turns out not to be as simple as it seemed at first glance.
Shirmazher’s Oasis.
A Japanese expedition heads to Antarctica following a previously missing Nazi geological party. Their route leads to a natural anomaly—the Shirmazher Oasis. During the expedition, strange, mystical, and terrible events begin to occur, for which there are no explanations.
The Papyrus of the Hill of the Dead.
A find in ancient ruins sheds light on the history of the oldest city. A young outsider, in love with the daughter of an influential priest, sees the most terrible weapon of all time. Scientists trying to understand the content of the ancient message cannot avoid the impending worldwide tragedy.
