The Cop and the Witch: Encounter with a Shadow

I dreamed for so long of how I’d stop being a cop and finally live a normal life! But life outside the system turned out not to be so rosy. To keep from simply starving to death, I had to go to work for a young witch. I thought all those charlatans just siphoned money out of trusting citizens. But I had to experience it for myself—something that couldn’t even be imagined in the worst nightmares. How am I, a former cop, supposed to survive in this strange and terrifying world that normal people don’t even suspect exists?
