Description
Blenida is thirteen, Erika is ten, Tura is their mother—she raises them alone. When the children were still small, their father decided to go to America to try his luck and promised to take the family there, but they never heard anything from him again. Is he alive? Does he remember them? Blanca hopes so and writes to him letters (but there’s nowhere to send them). Tura, meanwhile, decides to try to be happy at home and to give the children what they lost—so one day they move to live on a small island with the lighthouse keeper.
