Description
Schoolboy Maxim, under unusual circumstances, ends up in a fairy-tale city of the Wonderful Miracles, where the Ruler of the country of Bubbles, Thunder of the Universe Topus the Second, created living bubbles and wanted to restore his former might in the city. Maxim, together with the dwarf Bulbul and the girl Spruce Cone (Еловая Шишка), helps the residents of the Wonderful City defeat Topus and his army of Flying Bubbles, the Listeners, the Whisperers, and the Secret Informers.
