This is the second collection of N.V. Gogol’s novellas from the cycle “Evenings on a Farm Near Dikanka,” performed by Alexander Minaev. This time we present two of the most famous stories from the first book of the cycle — “May Night, or the Drowned Woman” and “An Evening on the Eve of Ivan Kupala” — as well as the play “The Marriage,” written by Gogol in the early period of his career.
