Welcome to Yandash— the neon capital of the small state of Sibolia, located on the border with Cathay. This city, drowned in constant smog, hides intrigues of transnational corporations behind mirrored skyscrapers. Here biotech can be easily obtained, but investigations of local crimes at the scene are still carried out by ordinary people.

Kirill Lim, whose job is to sell off the belongings of the dead, gets a call to a hotel where a mysterious suicide has occurred. Once he learns the victim was his only friend, he finds himself in a deadly game where his life is on the line.
