Iris and Will have been happily married for seven years. They love each other; their marriage is close to perfect. But one morning, when Will leaves on a business trip to Florida, Iris’s happy, peaceful world collapses. A “Boeing” that was flying in a completely different direction crashes in Seattle. There are no survivors. And according to the airline’s report, Will is one of the dead passengers.
Iris is shaken by the news, but refuses to believe it—she thinks it’s a misunderstanding. Yet her husband’s phone is silent, and at the crash site they find his belongings and his wedding ring. So why did Will lie about where he was going? What did he need in Seattle? What else has he lied to her about? Iris tries to figure out the strange—and possibly criminal—story. The answers she gets will turn her whole life upside down.
