The world of Aurora is divided into dark and light. The light are granted day; the dark rule by night — and it can’t be any other way. The first embody ideals of good and love, while the second embody the worst vices of humankind. One day they separated from each other so they would never cross paths again. Anyone who violates the rule faces death. Aurora, like all the light ones, goes through the ritual of choosing a husband by drawing a ticket with the cherished name. However, the newly minted groom isn’t happy about his bride. Dave accepts his fate meekly, but the girl dreams of real love. Tormented by doubts, she runs away and, by a twist of circumstances, ends up at night in the street. The light one encounters the dark one — and to save her life, she makes him a vow: every night she must come to meet her enemy. Their night conversations shatter stereotypes and change the idea of what can and cannot be done in this world. But what do you do when nature itself is against the fact that the light one and the dark one are irresistibly drawn to each other?
